A Game of Mentors

The 4th match of the tournament between Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab at Jaipur will be  the battle of mentors, Rahul Dravid and Adam Gilchrist.

Earlier, Rahul Dravid  mentioned Ashok Menaria, Ankit Chavan, Ajinkya Rahane and Kevon Cooper as the stars to watch out for this tournament. Adam Gilchrist played down the mentor role by saying that he would be part of the management 🙂

Adam Gilchrist won the toss and has decided to FIELD first. Adam Gilchrist said that the pitch isnt gonna change its character through the length of the match and feels that fielding is a better choice after having won the toss

Rahul Dravid remarked that he would have fielded as well had he won the toss. He also plays down losing the toss by saying that as long as the team plays well, winning and losing the toss would not matter much.

Let’s see whose mentoring comes to rescue their teams today.

All the best both the teams.
